    Very poor customer service experience. Walked in and was asked "have I ordered? " no hello or greeting. Then was told that the dish I was to order was $2.00 more than on the window menu. When questioned, the boy then tapped his pen on a typed sign on the counter concealed by his order pad which noted a $2.00 price increase. I then went to pay by eftpos to be told there is a $1.00 surcharge for eftpos. Not tonight I'm afraid. He already had me offside by his lack of customer service when I walked in. No Chinese for me tonight and not from here in the future. Rant over!

  • Review of "V-Wall Tavern" at Nambucca Heads

    This is a great venue overlooking the V-wall which runs along the coast and part of the Nambucca River. Stunning views of the river and out past the heads. The food is excellent if a bit pricey. Has music some days and pool competitions on others. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming for tourists and locals.
